date of their program's invoice.
Thereon an annual charge is mandated for continued Technical Support and
Updates.

- Technical Support:
·
Technical
Support is defined as "Over the Phone Support" or "On Site
Support."
·
"Over
the Phone Support" is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. All Technical Support begins
as "Over the Phone Support."
·
"On
Site Support" is not available for purchases other than "Site
Licenses." "On Site
Support" is available if (and only if) FastSHU cannot be reactivated
through the phone with on site staff assisting as much as possible or by using
Website access. All efforts, including
accessing new program material over the Internet or through Email, must be
taken prior to dbAPPS Software Development sending a technician on site for
repair purposes.

Travel
for "On Site Support" will be charged at an "At Cost"
basis.
Notes - Program Updates:

Program
Updates are defined as "Updates to FastSHU to eliminate programming errors
or bugs or minor enhancements to improve FastSHU's functioning abilities."

Some
future updates may be termed as "Purchasable Upgrades."

Updates
